We are a filmmaking company that aims to capture amazing moments leading up to some of your most important life events. Our goal is to capture & tell beautiful stories of lovebirds. It’s truly all in the name- Birds & Vows. Our service approach aims to understand the unique narrative of every couple so we can be sure to capture your story! Our areas of expertise include capturing weddings , engagement, maternity shoots. Our company is based in Edmonton, Alberta and serve clients in Alberta and beyond. So whether your wedding is in Alberta or across the world, we can travel to help capture your special day!
OUR TEAM
Our team consists of two married lovebirds; Rod and Aijia. Believe it or not, our love story began with a video shoot! We are two creatives who met in 2014 while Rod was filming a video & Aijia was present to support a friend on the shoot. We fell in love years later and got married in 2020! One thing we know about planning a wedding is that it can be stressful, especially during a pandemic! Our approach is to try and make it as stress-free as possible from the consultation until your special day (or until the day we capture).
Rod is the lead Videographer & Photographer and Aijia is the Planner, Shoot Assistant & Administrator. With over 10 years experience in filming weddings and creating visual content, we look forward to capturing and helping you cherish your most important life moments.
